2018 Report / Projects & Budgets for 2019

Funding is required to meet increasing needs for the children to cover food, education, medication and overall maintenance. We occasionally receive well-wishers, like tourist and corporate companies, that donate food, clothes and toys. Nevertheless, we still lack education sponsors, equipment and essential amenities for the children.

In 2019, our priority is to construct a dining hall and girls dormitory. We appeal to friends and partners to support Baraka Children's home to accomplish our Vision and Mission for the Children.

We need basic furniture and house equipment that is connected to electricity, gas stove, ten beds/mattresses, freezer/fridge, TV, cupboards, five bicycles and bedroom lockers for thirty (30) children.

Financial and Technical support to assist complete construction of Two (2) dormitories for the children at Nguu-Tatu. The rooms will provide adequate space and privacy for each child.

Provide training for administrative and support staff, to ensure the children are well protected, familiarize staff with children’s rights, institution constitution and code of conduct.
