We believe that each child is a unique creation endowed with special gifts, abilities and talents. Our objective is to discover that talent in each child and endeavour to develop them attain that which is the true purpose in their lives.

As the number of children admitted increases, our objective is to integrate the children under our care into their future community to ensure that they become instrumental in shaping, not only their own destiny, but that of communities they come from.

TARGET GROUP & ELIGIBILITY

• Age 3 years to 7 years is targeted Age for Admission
• He/She must be a genuine Orphan and Homeless
• There will be no bias based on Religion, Ethnic or Political affiliation of the Child relatives
• Selection criteria is based purely on the Child’s Vulnerability
• Baraka Children’s Home will provide Transitional shelter for abused children when the need arises, provided such cases are referred and vetted via the District Children’s Officer.
