John was born on 18th April 1999. At the very young age of 3, John's father died and his young mother re-married, leaving him in the care of his grandmother. Unfortunately, with her limited resources and other heavy responsibilities, she could not cope and John was brought to Baraka Children's Home by neighbours where he has found love and care.

He is a bright student in school and loves drama and dancing.
