ADMINISTRATION
There is a matron who manages the
home by taking care of the children
and provide them with parental guidance,
maintains cleanliness of the home
and does the shopping and cooking.
We have two volunteers who assist
the matron.
Achievements
- 30 children under our care.
- We have acquired 6 acres land at
Nguu - Tatu.
- Piped water has been installed in
the home.
- Construction of a 2 bedroom house
has completed.
- We help the community by selling
to them fresh piped water.
CONCLUSION
An orphan is a child with multiple
disadvantages. It therefore takes
time to accommodate him or her in
the new settings. The children face
stigmatisation in school, in the neighbourhood
and in the society at large. We as
a community bear the responsibility
of providing shelter and security
for these children.
